How to Refresh Your Sweaty Gym Hair Without Washing It

I show you how to completely freshen up your greasy, sweaty workout hair without washing it. This is a great technique for not only gym days but also for days at the beach, picnics, amusement parks, etc. You only need dry shampoo and a hair dryer for this super quick & easy tutorial. I show you step by step how to go from wet, greasy mess to refreshed, shiny, & ready to go out. At the end I also show you how to create a last-minute messy bun as a last ditch effort in case you can’t get anything else to work with your hair. Plus, I actually worked out (running, lunges, & squats) before shooting this video so I could show you how to work with actual sweat!
