I show you how you can help people all over your community without spreading any germs. I bring joy, happiness, & love to others from my own home & neighborhood. I show you how you can give to others while not breaking any of the rules of social distancing/isolation/quarantine. Show someone that you care about them today. Let’s spread some joy!
DON’T THROW IT AWAY! Do you ever wonder what you should do when you really hate the makeup you just purchased? I give you so many ideas in this video other than just trashing it. Think about returning, recycling, reusing, donating, selling, or repurposing it instead.
Return It
Amazon (not 3rd party seller)
I’ve returned probably 20-30 makeup & beauty products & never had a problem, but there’s not an official policy on this.
I chatted the first time before I returned some gently used makeup, & they said that it was fine to return. I haven’t chatted since then because I just send it back like I would anything else purchased on their site.

Donate it
Check with your local women’s shelters. Mine takes used makeup, hair, skin, & body products that can be sanitized.
Give it to friends/family who don’t have a problem with a slightly used product (mine know that I am a very clean person & I only give used lip products to my mom).
Best things to donate are powder products or something you don’t dip your fingers into, no mascara, no lip products that come in contact with your lips
You can send used makeup/beauty products to certain organizations:
Resell unused or easy sanitized products like tools or even palettes on skincare or makeup exchange groups or sites on Reddit or Facebook
If you can’t find anything else to do with it, clean it out & reuse it. Jars can be used to hold other products, brushes can be used as children’s paint brushes, & you can even make your own lipsticks, nail polish, etc from tons of YouTube videos to put in these containers.
If you must throw it away, check if it can be recycled.
Makeup companies you can take your used makeup products for recycling:
Aveda
Lush
Bring in 5 empties & get a free face mask
Kiehls
Mac
Bring in 6 empties & get a free lipstick
Origins
Lastly, if none of the above options can be applied, you’ll probably have to throw it in the trash. However, I hope that this only applies to a very tiny percentage of your beauty products.
Step-by-step tutorial showing how to curl your hair with a straightening iron! This is an updated version of my most-viewed video featuring frequently asked questions & comments from the original video. All you need is a straightener & a clip or hair tie. This method is super simple once you get the hang of it, & it honestly gives the most gorgeous looking curls. Let’s get curling 🙂
