Take Care of Your Teeth
- Brush your teeth twice a day- ideally once after breakfast & once right before bed.
- Floss your teeth every night before bed. Dr. Grant recommends flossing before brushing to get optimal results.
- Use anti cavity mouthwash every night before bed.
- Avoid eating/drinking sugary food/drinks all day long. Try to limit the amount of time the sugar stays on your teeth. Ideally, try to brush or chew gum after consuming something with lots of sugar.
- Make it a priority to get to those periodic dental checkups. Small problems are very easy to fix, but if you wait too long the problem could get worse.
We truly just want you to have a healthy smile!
